An mbox file, .eml files, or a folder of them. Include your sent mail: your replies are in it.

Read in your browser, headers only. This page is not allowed to connect to anything, so your mail cannot leave it.

Getting your export

Gmail

Google Takeout, Mail only. The file "All mail Including Spam and Trash.mbox" has your inbox and sent mail. Spam is left out.

Apple Mail

Select Inbox, then Mailbox, Export Mailbox. Do the same for Sent. Drop both .mbox folders here.

Thunderbird

With the ImportExportTools NG add-on, export Inbox and Sent as mbox files.

Any IMAP mailbox

Skip the export: npx @askeleven/reply-clock imap reads headers straight from the server, read-only.
